Bookings
Credit card details are required at the time of booking to
guarantee your appointment. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes
before your appointment to allow time for you to change and
relax prior to treatment. Arriving late may mean we may not
be able to accommodate the full treatment time. Latecomers
will be charges the full price for shortened treatments. In
your first visit with us, you will be asked to record your
details and concerns, which will ensure your treatments are
personally tailored to your needs. Scheduling in advance for
all treatments is recommended but walk-ins are always welcome.
Vouchers
A gift voucher for The Spa is the perfect present for pampering
your friends, whether male or female.
Gratuities
Gratuities are left to your discretion.
Cancellation Policy
As courtesy to our therapists and other clients please give
us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment,
otherwise you will be charges for the time reserved. All major
credit and debit cards are accepted, except American Express.
Cheques are accepted with a bank guarantee card.
